All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

Most orders will ship out from OrientalEmbroidery.com(Shanghai,China) in 3 - 4 business days when we receive your payment. Then it takes 3 - 4 business days by UPS Worldwide Express to reach you.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
